Barbara Hawes is a licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator with the State of Connecticut, DEEP for over 21 years. She originally took in many species of small mammals and a few species of birds. She has specialized in opossums only for the last 13 years.

Barbara's presentation is on the Virginia Opossum. This talk will include their unusual behavior, survival instincts and many other interesting facts. Barbara will bust the myths and present the truth about North American's one and only marsupial.
