Enjoy an engaging evening with Frank Gallo, author of the new book, Birding in Connecticut, and a tour leader for the international tour company, Sunrise Birding, LLC. Frank has had the good fortune to lead birding groups to Cuba for the past three years. Cuba is a fascinating country, visited by relatively few Americans, and is home to an exciting array of 25 exotic endemic bird species found nowhere else in the world. Join Frank as he introduces us to Cuba and its unique birdlife.

Frank Gallo is a leading expert on finding birds in Connecticut and has led birding expeditions all over the world. Frank was the former Director of the Connecticut Audubon Society's Coastal Center at Milford Point, a member of the Connecticut Avian Rare Records Committee; and a federally-licensed master bird bander. Frank is also the author of two children’s nature books, Bird Calls and Night Sounds, and is a published freelance photographer.
